Salary: £26,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated facility areas
- Perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning
- Conduct routine inspections and track maintenance activities
- Notify management of any repair needs or interventions
- Make adjustments and carry out minor repairs as necessary
- Stock and organize supply rooms
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Manage waste bins and clear rubbish from communal areas
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery
- Integrity and strong interpersonal skills
